ConeyFest 2026 - What a Day!
The 18th Annual Coney Island “Maybe Annual” Music Festival turned out to be one of our best yet! After the weather drama of the year before, Mother Nature was definitely on our side in 2026 — beautiful summer weather, sunshine, and most importantly… NO STORMS!
The bands were fantastic from start to finish, with “North of Springsteen,” "Alanna Troilo,” “Oh, Norma,” “Cole Zabloski & The House Party,” and “Compost” keeping the ConeyFest stage rocking throughout the afternoon. Our Children’s Entertainment Morning was another huge success, with Jada Siwak & Friends and Chris Without the Hat getting the day started and continuing to entertain families between musical sets. Once again, Coney Island was packed with people enjoying the music, the beach, and an incredible summer day on Lake of the Woods.
We also had a record year for ConeyFest merchandise sales! Our brand-new hoodies, provided locally by Boardanyone in Kenora, were a huge hit and completely sold out quickly! You can pick put in an order for merch in the Merchandise section on the website!
Thank you to everyone who bought ConeyFest gear, made a donation, volunteered, sponsored the event, performed, or simply made the trip over to spend the day with us. Your support is what keeps this entirely volunteer-run festival going year after year.

ConeyFest isn’t just about the bands! Over the past few years, we’ve worked to make the morning and the time between musical sets just as much fun for our youngest festival-goers.
The Children’s Entertainment Hour, sponsored by Tbaytel and Donny B, kicks off at 10:00 AM, before the main musical lineup begins at noon. For the past several years, Jada Siwak & Friends have helped get ConeyFest started with 30 minutes of music, dancing, games and, of course, the bubbles that have become a favourite with the kids every year!
In 2026, we expanded the morning by welcoming Chris Without the Hat for another 30-minute performance featuring comedy, magic and juggling — although, despite the name, we should point out that Chris was very clearly wearing a hat! One of the more memorable moments came when the juggling got considerably more serious and the swords came out!
The fun doesn’t stop at 11:00. Both Jada and Chris returned throughout the afternoon with shorter performances and activities between the musical acts, keeping kids entertained while the stage was being changed over for the next band.
The Children’s Entertainment program has quickly become an important part of what ConeyFest is all about: creating a full day on Coney Island that the whole family can enjoy. Come over early, grab a spot on the field, and let the kids help us kick off the day!
